We work with real estate agents, contractors, and roofing companies across central Indiana — providing fast, professional aerial photography, construction site documentation, and roof condition reports.

Every job is shot by me personally, not a subcontractor. I started Overview Co. because I saw a real need in this market for aerial documentation that’s actually reliable: shows up on time, delivers finished files fast, and doesn’t need three follow-up calls to get it done.
 
I’m based in Gas City, which means no travel fees for most of the area I serve, and you’re working with someone who actually knows this community.

How much does aerial photography cost in Indiana?

Pricing starts at $200 for residential aerial photos, $300 for raw construction site documentation, and $200 for residential roof condition reports. Full pricing depends on service, location, and deliverables. See our service pages for complete rates, or contact us for a custom quote.

How quickly do I get my photos?

Edited aerial photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Edited video reels within 48 hours. Raw files are typically available within a few hours.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No. We handle everything on site. You’ll receive a shared folder link when the files are ready.
Yes. Overview Co. holds an FAA Part 107 commercial certification, which authorizes commercial aerial operations. Every flight is conducted legally with liability insurance active.
What areas do you cover?
We’re based in Gas City and serve Gas City, Marion, Muncie, Anderson, Kokomo, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and surrounding areas. No travel fees within 15 miles of Gas City.
Do you offer recurring contracts / projects?
Yes. Monthly and weekly retainer options start at $400/month for construction documentation. If other project types are need, contact us for specifics.
Can you fly in bad weather?
We don’t fly in rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions. If weather forces a reschedule, we’ll coordinate a new date at no additional cost.
